In order to return an item, it must be in good condition and not worn or damaged. In order to complete a successful return, it is necessary to keep all labels, packaging, and invoices. These items may prevent returns from being processed if they are missing. If your item does not arrive in original condition or is missing parts, please get in touch with our support team within 48 hours.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Perishable items, such as flowers, plants, and personal items made to order, are exempt from our return policy. After viewing or downloading digital products, such as e-books and software, they cannot be returned or refunded. Return Shipping
